FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Principle Accountabilities :
• Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification.
• Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
• Establishes or recommends to management strategies, objectives and policies for company.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and site level.
• Directs preparation of studies, reports and analyses in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections and business forecasts.
• Supports the audit of company accounts.
• Provides senior leadership team with timely reviews of organization’s financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
• Advises management on desirable operational adjustments, identifying trends and recommends improvements accordingly. Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities, risks and profitability improvement strategies.
• Prepare presentations including quarterly business reviews, annual budgets and long term strategic planning initiatives.
• Provide feedback and coaching to finance team.
Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of financial and accounting experience with minimum 3 years in a managerial capacity in a telecommunication – company.
• Must have excellent verbal and written Communication in English.

• Male / Female min. 35 years old
• Min. 7 years experienced in the human resources field, preferably in same position
• Responsible in the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees
• Responsible in maintaining the company’s compensation and benefit system
• Evaluate and assisting in assessment of employee performance
• Responsible in training and development programs that enhance employees’ skills and improve their abilities to work as a team also participating in employee orientation program or other employee event such as employee gathering, etc.
• Good understanding employment regulations and having experience in the areas of payroll, Jamsostek, Pph article 21
• Understanding Labor Law and Manpower regulation or others related government regulation
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek solution to solve problem
• Excellent observation and analytical skills
• Good time management, Communication skills, Leadership, Negotiation, Presentation, Scheduling skills, Coaching, Developing & Motivating
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Well conversant in operating computer (Ms Office)
